Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI) Statement
At New View Alliance and our partner agencies, Gateway Longview and New Directions, we are dedicated to
fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging-oriented environment that reflects the communities we
serve and the staff we support. Our overall initiatives aim to encourage tangible change across programs, policies,
staffing, leadership development, vendors, community engagement and advocacy efforts.
We are committed to ongoing education, reflection, and action in our DEIB efforts. We recognize that every child
and family is unique, and we strive to honor and support that individuality.Together, with our community
partners, families, stakeholders and staff, we aim to create equitable, inclusive and supportive environments for
children, families and staff, ensuring those voices are at the forefront of our work.
Diversity is essential to our mission. We embrace the varied backgrounds, cultures, and experiences of the
children and families we serve, understanding that these differences enrich our community and strengthen our
ability to support those in need.
Equity is at the heart of our commitment. We recognize that systemic inequalities impact the lives of children and
families. We are dedicated to identifying and dismantling these barriers to ensure that all children and families
have fair access to resources, services, and opportunities for growth and well-being.
